About Us

Hunter Lending Solutions is owned and managed by Adam and Virginia Greentree. We are based in Muswellbrook, located in the beautiful Upper Hunter Valley in NSW.

Our business was established in 2007 to provide additional services for our financial planning clients at Greentree Financial but has since grown into a stand alone business providing professional lending solutions.

Our Senior Mortgage Broker, Adam Greentree, has been working in Lending and Financial Planning his whole career. Starting in 1989 at the National Australia Bank and moving into financial planning in 1994. Adam has owned his own successful practice since 2000. Adam holds a Master of Financial Planning and a Diploma of Financial Services in Mortgage Broking Management. He is an authorised credit representative (396262) of BLSSA Pty Ltd ACN 117 651 760. (Australian Credit Licence 391237).

Virginia Greentree is our Business Manager and Mortgage Broker, and is responsible for the day to day management of the business, marketing and staff. She has been working in the business since 2000 and more recently moved into Mortgage Broking. Virginia holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. She is an authorised credit representative (520322) of BLSSA Pty Ltd ACN 117 651 760. (Australian Credit Licence 391237).

Nikki is our Receptionist, she is the friendly face who will greet you when you first arrive at the office, she and Jessica and Cathy are our Client Service Officers for both Hunter Lending and our sister company Greentree Financial. They work with you to follow through the progress of your loan ensuring we provide the highest level of service to you when you need us most.

Naomi and Maureen are an integral part of the Advisory team in our sister company Greentree Financial.
